Freewrite
Feeling nervous, looking down and my hands are gone. Where did they go? I have lost all my feeling in my whole body, maybe I’m dreaming, that’s right I am in a dream. I’ll open my eyes and see if I can wake up. One, two, three… wait what is happening? My eyes are open but everything is black. I reach my hand to touch my opened eyes but I can’t see anything. What is happening? I have gone blind?
I hear a low mumble it sounds like someone’s voice. I think I am going to faint an else I already have. I have to let go and just fall down. But how far down will I fall down? What is wrong with me? I want to see again. I fall to the floor and my vision is coming back. Things around me come in to view…

This is something that really did happen to me at school, I blacked out and these are a few anxieties that were going through my mind.
