10 key tips for success in a relationship…
1. Trust them- one needs to be able to trust their partner, without this, you have nothing.
2. Be honest- one needs to be able to talk to another about anything, anytime.
3. Give them space- let them go out with their friends, be alone, have free time for themselves.
4. Find humor- If you don’t have fun when you are with each other, what is the point? There is nothing better than making each other smile.
5. Be Comfortable- you should be yourself no matter what, in front of friends, family etc.
6. Listen to them- Open your ears and listen to what they say before reacting, look into their eyes.
7. Be romantic- Set aside time just for you two. Maybe cook once a week and have a candle light dinner or just surprise her with her favorite flowers.
8. Communicate- Do this to avoid misunderstandings, and to prevent fights. Don’t jump to conclusions. Also just call to say hi, or I love you in the middle of their day.
9. Similar Interest- Find things you both want to do and would like to do. This will bring you closer when experiencing new things together and not to mention creating new memories.
10. Physical Attraction- This is more important than some think, you should be physically attracted to your partner. You will know if you just can’t keep your hands off one another. This will lead to healthy intimacy.

I found it extremely intersting that this was written by a male. He seems to have a good grasp on strong relationships, maybe due to experience. I think all of those things are very important to have a good relationship, some more than others. I think trust is definitely the most important key and also the hardest. It takes time to build trust and being human beings, it's very easy to slip up. I also think giving each other space is very important. My parents always tell me "absence makes the heart grow fonder" and even though I hate to admit it, they are absolutely right.
